I am disappointed with the customer service at the 4 star hotel. We arrived at the hotel and requested extra towels and cups for the room. We called front desk and housekeeping multiple times (1 call each hour for 3 hours) and did not receive any of the items. Upon leaving the hotel for dinner we stopped by the front desk and asked on the status of the request. The hotel staff indicated they had limited staff and will fulfill the request while we were at dinner. When we returned to our room (10pm), we still did not receive our items. We called the front desk and they indicated they were providing us the items immediately. We waited an hour and still nothing. The next morning upon leaving for breakfast we asked the front desk the status of the request, and the manager finally provided us the towels, but no cups. Too bad it was too late because we were checking out at noon. I had high expectations for the 4 star and it fell short. I hope they will place the service standards as a top priority for future guesses because we will not be recommending the hotel chain.
