Clean room, great staff. Only downside was the listing advertised a safe in the room, but we had none, yet other guests also attending the same wedding had safes in their rooms.

1 night stay for a concert next door

Excellent customer service. Great bar. 1 min walk to ACL moody theater which was the reason we were in Austin for a concert. Pricey but worth it.

Staff was amazing. The front desk heard that itcwas my daughter's first time in Austin and theyvwent to get a wagon of kiddie toys to let her choose from. We were not expecting that, so it was little things like that that made our stay special.

Really beautiful hotel-front desk employee Suzanne was so wonderful friendly and professional. You need more staff like her! Room service was terrible, over an hour to receive food and it was not that good.

If not the lap of luxury it’s the hip! Totally encapsulates the cool Austin vibe—centrally located at a luxe location. Quiet, sumptuous, clean, and discreet. The Living Room bar vinyl turntable for the win!

Was expecting more

The front desk was very friendly. And so was the answering service and bartender. My only complaints are that 1) there was only one valet working and he was being called in a lot of directions so he wasn’t readily available and so there was a long wait to check in the car and 2) ordered room service. After 40 mins I called and they said they need another 20 mins. After 2 hours I cancelled it and just didn’t eat dinner that night. It was only 2 hamburgers! 😬

Excellent staff, room was very clean. I left my new IPhone on the table Saturday morning in the Serenade restaurant after having a delicious breakfast with my wife. Our waiter turned my phone over to the manager and he kept it secured until I realized I had left it. Very honest employees , so thankful!!!!
