Only thing that bothered me was how small the room felt. We got a superior king room and the bed took up the whole room, not a lot of room to walk around, the only chair was uncomfortable (the seat kept sliding off) and there was only one bench to set a bag.
Other than that, the room was clean, beautifully decorated and designed, great water pressure, comfortable bed. So for me it was 9/10. If the room was larger I would have felt less squished.

The property was poorly maintained. The hall carpets, and the carpets on the stairs were ripped. They were broken tiles in the bathroom. The place looked like it hadn’t been painted since the great depression. This place is a dump.

I had excellent communication with the corporate office and the on-site manager.
The building is fabulous with an excellent gym, rec room and pool. The garage is easy to get in and out, plus a brewery right next door...it was the perfect choice.
I will look for the company in other cities for future travels.
