"Right of the bat, when I walked into my room there was someone in it. Even though it was a custodian, fixing the air conditioner, I should not have been assigned that room. Had to go downstairs to get a second room. During my four day stay, my key card rarely worked. I constantly had to go back downstairs to get it re-registered so I can enter my room. There was only one elevator working during my stay. Construction work was being done on my floor. Always noise on my floor."

"Walls so thin I thought the lady was next to my bed in middle of the night! Door didn’t seal, could see daylight all around the door!"

"This was not one of my pleasant experiences. When we arrived and checked in we were given a dirty room with a King size bed. It was discussing the bed had stains all over the sheets. The room was definitely not clean. We were given another room with double beds which was what I reserved. This had been cleaned and it was much better than the first one, but it had no toilet paper. My husband went to get some from the cleaning lady that was on the floor cleaning roooms. She gave him a used roll and said she would bring more to the room. That never happened so my husband went to the front desk and the person at the desk couldn’t find any. This stay was not good for us. I have never had this problem before at Microtel Hotel"
