You will find Catalina tile and murals throughout this home, as well as an open great room style main floor, including a custom gourmet kitchen with a center island, granite counter tops, all stainless steel appliances, and a gas chef’s stove. All three bedrooms, with ceiling fans and televisions, are located on the second floor. The first bedroom is the master suite with a Cal King bed and large flat panel TV, opens onto a spacious outside deck with patio furniture and a propane barbecue, fridge and sink for private morning breakfasts or evening dining. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. The third bedroom, an office for the home’s owners, has a double bed. One ¾ bath is located on the main level, a second is located on the second floor, and a third is in the master suite (no bath tub). Just one visit will make this your new favorite Avalon home to return to again and again! 1307 sq. ft. 203D | | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). Loved our location as we just had to take our scuba diving equipment to the Green Pier. Location is very good to beach, restaurants and pier.
