“C’est la quatrième fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel près d’Estavayer. Le Parking est gratuit. Les chambres sont très propres et assez grandes. Télé avec nombreuses chaînes. L’hôtel a une épicerie qui fait boutique de souvenirs et un fast food. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très agréable et conciliant. On a pu échanger une chambre 1 lit avec une chambre 2 lits. “My partner and I were appalled by the misleading information given on Hotels.com. We saw a plaque at the hotel entrance that says “Four Stars 2026”, which means right now it is NOT a four-star hotel; it is HELL. I don’t understand why we were given thick blankets at the height of summer, a dusty mini fan and a mini fridge that doesn’t work. We had the WORST sleep for two nights. We couldn’t open the windows because it was noisy outside. My partner became sick and I think my cancer got worst……
