It’s very dirty.. My kid took a bath in the bathtub, but when the water filled it up the bathtub, there are bugs floating up and there are hairs came out of the drain. Room service doesn’t start until 7 am which is different from all the five star hotels we used to stay in with 24 hours from service. We did have one very big issue: the noise of the ceiling cracking from people walking on the floor above. We were surprised we didn’t see this in the reviews as the ceiling cracks so much that it makes it very hard to sleep, even with ear plugs. If you’re lucky enough no one is on the floor above you won’t have any issues. "Great location, but our room was dirty when it was given to us and things where falling apart in the bathroom. The hotel is old and lacked maintenance in the room that was assigned to us. Staff was great and attentive. But the location is great right next to Termini."
