"The guest house is in an area ( Trastevere) conveniently situated for seeing the main Roman attractions. Its outward appearance may be a bit deceptive for North Americans as there is a definite air of decaying grandeur which can initially take one aback .

"We had such a great time staying at Hotel Chapter Roma! The staff were absolute rockstars, super helpful and lightning-fast with their responses. The location was perfect for wandering around the city and soaking up all the vibes. Plus, their restaurant recommendations were spot on!
The only tiny hiccup was the building itself since it’s a charming old heritage spot and the soundproofing between rooms and floors wasn’t quite perfect. But no worries! I asked to switch rooms and the front desk team jumped on it immediately, hooking me up with a much better room. Big thanks to them for that!

"I can't begin to say enough wonderful things about the hotel. The area is amazing! There are plenty of food options close by and transportation is readily available. There are 2 train stations located just a short walk from the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. For me, the little things speak the most. I celebrated my birthday during our trip and the staff surprised me with a bottle of champagne. The cold water offered when we returned everyday was very thoughtful. The rooftop bar is an amazing way to end the night. We felt appreciated as guests. We are already planning a return trip later this year. Thank you for a wonderful experience!"
