“Based on the Vrbo listing, the pictures, and prior communication with the owner, we felt comfortable with our choice. Once we arrived, we quickly realized the house’s maintenance, cleanliness and appearance were not handled properly before our arrival. When we arrived we were met with broken yard lights that lined the driveway. When we arrived we did an initial walk through of the house. It was apparent the floors had not been properly cleaned. Shelving and the stair railing had not been dusted.……
