Goodyear Town Houses

I hate when I have to go to Phoenix. But this hotel is amazing! Clean, friendly, huge room with a deep tub and a FIREPLACE!

Quick access to I-10. Large rooms

The breakfast area was very clean & the food options good. Angie, was managing the food area, and prepared perfect oatmeal. Thanks Angie! Would highly recommend

I called early afternoon to see if we could check in early. The woman at the desk put me on hold while she checked. After a few minutes someone from housekeeping picked up and didn't quite understand what I wanted so I told her I'd call back and hung up. I called back about 1/2 hr later and repeated who I was and what I wanted. She snapped at me that if I show up there would be a room available. When we arrived, the woman at the desk barely looked up from her computer and didn't greet us, didn't...

Staff is great and the rooms were comfortable

Great place to stay. It’s close to the Cancer Treatment Center of America, located right off I-10, several dining/shopping options nearby. The room was spacious and clean, mini kitchen fully equipped (plus a dishwasher), two large grills out back as well as a nice fire pit with plenty of seating. The continental breakfast was just okay, standard fare. Staff is friendly and helpful, free parking and Wi-Fi, large TV in room with access to Netflix and free Showtime. The coffee in the lobby is good...

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the front desk staff an immediately checked in. She gave us instructions for parking and how to ding our room. The complementary in room internet connection was having a problem so I called the front desk. She had tech support call the room, and within 5 minutes I was online and doing my work. The next morning I went to the lobby to do some online work while my wife slept in. I got a cup of coffee (or three) and received a very friendly greeting from the...

Good

Check in and out was very easy. Owners were nice and very friendly dog. No barking or loud noises from anyone. Loved our stay. Room and bathroom clean. Zero complaints.

Centrally located. No complaints

Great place

We stay here at least twice a month, we absolutely love booking the weekend with them! Super easy check in, amazing staff! Perla is a staff member that we always check in with when we book and it is such a great experience with her! Rooms are so clean, and the area just feels safe. Everthing is walkable

Very clean. Nice amenities. Friendly staff.

Very nice building, we were able to get in early since our room was ready. We had a crazy start at 5.30am to get to Ohare to get here, so we were tired. We had to wait for 1hr to get our car from Avis - they said this is normal. Thank You for letting us in early to rest!!

I really love this Hotel i get the best rest

Convenient and easy access to the freeway.

Wonderful property. What a relief, after two horrendous experiences in Flint and Fenton Michigan Marriott properties I was so relieved to experience the Marriott experience I have come to expect. Thank you for a great fitness center and accommodating staff.

Rooms were nice and clean staff was nice
