“My family and I stayed at the Dune Lofts in Scottsdale and we enjoyed our time there. Our loft was huge, the amenities were amazing, the beds were so comfortable and it was just as it was described. It was in a great location, we were close to everything that we needed. H&H took care of any and all issues, they responded back to me in a timely manner when I had any questions or when I needed help. I visited the community room downstairs frequently with my family. “I won’t stay again…The check in process was insane, I had completed the online check in, paid the cleaning fee, the security deposit etc. Waited on site for the code to access the property. Since nobody was responding and it was nearly 4pm, I rang the Ring doorbell to see if I could communicate through that with Vince.
