“Condo was nice and convenient to friends. It IS NOT however a 3-bedroom condo. The room considered a 3rd bedroom had a futon barely suitable for a child. Very misleading to advertise this as a 3-bedroom unless there was at least a single bed and some furniture. ”

“This condo was very spacious - nice size rooms, a walk-in closet, and lots of storage space. The large patio facing the pool was a great place for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you needed. Check-in was a breeze. Yana was a gracious host who responded immediately to our questions. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, quiet place in the Goodyear area.”

“So that it is always available when I come through the area. The place was clean, quiet, well appointed, and bed was super comfortable. It had everything I needed. Host was very responsive and accommodating with my late check out request. You can see the Palm Valley Golf Course #2 green from the kitchen window - nice bc my son was playing in a tournament there. Just north of the complex is a giant YMCA and municipal park w Pickleball courts- great drop in action on Saturday and Sunday mornings!……
