“Very comfortable large room. Washing machine and kitchen in room was great. The hotel is next door to a good grocery store and walking distance to a mall. Staff is very helpful.”

“This hotel charges too much money for what you get. Two of the receptionists we spoke with were pretty rude. The room was spacious but lucking in basic amenities like a kettle, tea and coffee, and drinking water (obviously no fridge). The doors were not fire doors and quite flimsy. One pillow each. Curtains didn't block out much light. Shower at the wrong time and you won't have any hot water. Breakfast was only okay.”

“For such a nice hotel, it was missing basic room items such as a coffee or tea kettle, no clothing iron and room was not sufficiently cool enough. To help conserve electricity there were sensors that would turn on hallway and stair lights, a little creepy if single female walking alone day or night. I really appreciate friendly service (smile) and felt a little lacking from front desk. Yes I’m an American that only speaks English but still a respectful paying customer that tips for service.……

“This hotel was top class. The whole hotel was immaculately clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and always freshly prepared. It had a lovely swimming pool, but was also situated close to a beautiful beach.”

“Lovely, clean room overlooking the black sea. The host was friendly and helpful accomodating our late night arrival. Her ebglish was very good. Parking was in the near by public lot. There was a walk up steps to the hotel. Nessebar is a quaint ancient small town to walk. Highly recommend the Panoramuc Blue.”
