The people that work in the hotel are very pleasant and helpful. The "all inclusive" concept may need to be properly spell out in their website and third-party vendors. It could be interpreted as misguiding. I expected more from the organization according to what they advertised on their website than what I experience. The food quality could improve.

Great place. Plenty of activities to keep kids occupied. Food was excellent- loads of choices too. Hotel was close to nessebar old town and good beaches. We had a lovely 7 days there.

De bonnes prestations

De très bonnes prestations à tout point de vue piscines, animation, parc aquatique etc...pas de musique assourdissante près des piscines et une nourriture tout à fait correct pour un all inclusive avec possibilité de se faire tous les jours des salades variées. En revanche à part la bière les alcool était de piètre qualité. Les toboggan étaient surprenants. les enfants peuvent bien s'amuser et il y a une mini disco le soir très bien

Underholdende, afslappende og dejligt ophold

Vi tilbragte 14 dejlige dage på Sol Nessebar Bay. Hotellet ligger skønt ud til havet og deler faciliteter med to andre hoteller. En dag på Sol Nessebar Bay går hurtigt, da der er så mange muligheder for underholdning. I løbet af dagen kan man deltage i skydekonkurrencer, dart, Zumba, Yoga, vandgymnastik, dans og vandpolo. For børnene er der børneklub og en bod hvor man kan male figurer og billeder. Hotellet har eget vandland med 5 rutchebaner og to mindre for små børn. På stranden kan man leje jetski, vandcykel eller prøve en tur i en lille vandflyver. Hotellet har eget wellnesscenter som tilbyder forskellige typer af massage mv. Man behøver heller ikke hverken sulte eller tørste da der er forskellige barer med hver deres forskellige nationale profil: Tyske Biergarden hvor man kan få pølser, saurkraut og saltkringler, en spansk tapas bar, italiensk bar ved stranden som laver dejlige sandwich og en japansk bar med sushi. Om aftenen kan børnene underholdes med en tur i en kæmpestor oppustelig badebold eller en sejltur i små både inden aftens højdepunkt, showet som hotellets dygtige og altid glade og venlige animation team står for. I løbet af de 14 dage vi tilbragte på hotellet, så vi mange forskellige shows: Grease, Disney, ballet og meget mere. Maden var rimelig god og en enkelt gang i løbet af ugen var det muligt at spise på den italienske restaurant som lå på nabohotellet. Alt i alt et meget dejligt ophold, eneste minus var at tiden gik alt for hurtigt.

Close to beach

It was a problem that the room maides didn't understand english. I had to talk to the reseption at the same time as the roommades tried to understand what I needed help with. I also had to contact the reception twice for the same problem. I miss the follow up in this case. I also had problems with the aircondition and and the maintenance person almost didn't understand english either.

Nessebar Resort " Bay"

Nessebar resort är uppdelat i 3 hotell komplex, Palace - Bay och Mare. Palace är 5* medan de övriga är klassade som 4*. Vi bodde på Bay , helt ok rum, balkong med fin utsikt över palace och dess poolområde vilket innebar kvällssol. Bäddsoffan i form av extra bädd var i minsta laget, men funkade till sonen 11år. Städningen kunde man önska mer av, Slarv med dammning och dammsugning om man skall vara kritisk. Maten ar helt ok även om all incl. alltid blir lite enformigt i längden. Barens erbjudande i form av mat var pizza, pommes , kakor och frukt. Bäst är de proffsiga ungdomar som bildar "animation-team" och ser till att underhålla och sysselsätta gästerna (stora som små) i form av lekar etc. Proffsigt genomförda shower med olika teman var kväll. Hotellet rekommenderas på det hela taget, men se till att inte bo mot parkeringen / gatan.

Syns dette var en super plass å feriere og kommer nok til å reise tilbake. Maten kunne vært noe bedre, men ellers fornøyd med renhold og service. Flotte aktiviteter for barn og voksne. Trygt var det også.

Very nice hotel, hotel staff is very nice and cooperative. The food was very taste and fresh and there were a lot of dishes. Still the furniture in the restaurant and poll bar needs some improvements. Animation team is great.
