“The overall experience was good however check in very lengthy since the receptionist was giving a lot of details including restaurant menu to the people in front of me. I was offered a welcome drink which never got since the one I got shortly after I checked in which it was a gin and tonic I ended up paying for it during check out; when I inquired about it in regards to the welcome drink reception said I still had to pay. Attention management *** please explain to guests what is a welcome drink,……

“It was a relaxing place to rest after a long drive from Porto city. Surrounded by farmland it was a quiet and serene, Staff was professional. Breakfast was great...ample choice and variety of delicious fresh food. Although we did not utilize, there are two swimming pools available. Added bonus were the farm animals....great for all ages. “It’s in the country. If you want to be surrounded by nature, serenity and great hospitality this is the place for you. There’s a tennis court and a pool. Bed was very comfortable and there is a small patio off all rooms. No TV in the room but they have a common area with a TV that you can watch. You must have a car for this rural setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! ”
