“接待人員非常不專業也不親切，房間空調也差，晚上很冷，寢具清潔也有問題，一家人住了一晚多人第二天皮膚都過敏起疹子，唯一的優點是早餐還不錯，實話一句，不推薦”

“Room was spotlessly clean. The internet is satisfactory. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and safe and very centrally located. My only complaint is the lack of sufficient and proper pots and pans and the lack of a microwave oven (although I discovered it is difficult to find ready-made meals in Rabta). Other than that, I totally enjoyed my stay.”

“The RIAD in medina, walk too long way, real hard to find this RIAD. a little expensive ,staff were nice, breakfast was good, the room was clean and comfortable, but the price was a little expensive,i don't think this RIAD was a good choice in RABAT, you can choice the modern hotel, it will more convenience.”

“They charged me MAD 44 per person per night for tax although only MAD 13.2 was stated during booking! The service is poor either!! Only one towel was provided. We repeatedly made request to a lady at the counter for one more towel. She promised twice to send it to my room but it was not received until we made further request to another lady in the next evening. ”

“This is a gem of a hotel. Modern features do not detract from its historic splendor. The staff is lovely, food varied and well prepared. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds and lovely decor and details - impecably cleaned by lovely friendly staff. The garden and outdoor terrace / restaurant are also lovely.”
