I have to give the staff a round of applause for going out of their way. First, I was greeted outside the car from the airport with an umbrella, half a block away from the hotel. Second of all, I forgot a valuable in the safety box and something else outside, and they gladly shipped it to my next hotel in a a different city. Great work!

The Acoustic Hotel & Spa was amazing. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and the staff was wonderful. They greeted us at the front door and helped with our luggage. When we checked in they brought us drinks and fresh fruit in the lobby. We had a couples spa package that was so relaxing! The front desk staff greeted us and wished us well every time we left and returned to the property. The rooms were spacious and house keeping kept everything nicely maintained and provided complementary waters, wine, and fruit. Absolutely recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi.

Good staffs services thanks to Happy, Cindy very helpful also we received good services from breakfast staffs, but the room is small compared to website advertised pictures.

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate our anniversary during the stay and even surprised me with a birthday surprise during our stay. Would 100% come back and recommend this to anyone visiting. Location is great and the hotel and spa were top quality as well.
