"The hotel was amazing! Located pretty central of Hanoi, old quarter. A lot of places are walkable and the museums are only 10-15 mins drive. The rooms were great and spacious! The beds were comfortable and overall neat. Alex did an amazing job making sure we got the best deals with day tours (I recommend booking with them). Lin was amazing at providing recommendations around the area from top spots for picture taking to niche food that locals enjoy. All staff were amazing and went above and beyond during our stay. We picked up takeout on a rainy evening and the Bellboy even ran out to shield us with an umbrella! Thanks H Hotel, until next time. "

"The hotel is located at the heart of the Old Quarter, ideally situated for easy access to major sights and great restaurants, either by walking or using Grab. Our room was clean, spacious and remarkably quiet at night. Breakfast selection was quite decent. The staff at the hotel truly made our stay exceptional. Ms. Annie at the reception deserves a special mention; her English was impeccable, and she went above and beyond with her helpful recommendations and seamless arrangements for our day trip to Ninh Binh (more on that below). Mr. Henry consistently greeted with a friendly smile, opened doors for us and was always on hand to assist whenever needed. Mr. Truc was our private driver for our journey to Ninh Binh. He was very professional, drove with utmost care even in heavy rain, which gave us complete peace of mind. His suggestion for a sightseeing route worked out perfectly, allowing us to maximize our time and experience the beauty of Ninh Binh. Please consider adding this to your itinerary if you have time!"
