Luis and Alex at the front desk were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I had a small issue with our original room, and Luis went above and beyond by moving us to a larger room with a better view—at no extra cost! Leo and Juan, our servers, were total sweethearts and made our mornings extra special. And the breakfast… OMG—so delicious, fresh, and beautifully served! Our room was always spotless, thanks to the amazing cleaning staff who came every day and made sure everything was clean and tidy. "Lovely hotel / aparthotel situated in downtown Rio easily assessable from the VLT system ( tram) that links the area to central & various tourist sites Decent sized modern rooms , good wifi. Good buffet breakfast . Great staff throughout the establishment but a special mention must go out to Clieton on reception who resolved an issue very professionally that occured in the breakfast area Would highly recommend this hotel even if the surrounding area looks a bit sketchy.
