“Booked this hotel as it looked really good online. Also have been looking for a hotel out of the city centre and close to the Vondel Park, for regular trips to Amsterdam. Broke three ribs prior to travel and so was unable to travel as was finding it difficult to walk. I realise a booked a non-refundable ticket, and requested a change of date. I thought that the hotel would have had a bit of sympathy for my situation. But no, they refused to move the date. This room could easily have been……

“雖然開頭係hotel.com， 揾酒店揾係阿姆斯特丹的酒店，揾左呢間出來，個價錢係比其他平好多，但原來呢個酒店唔係阿姆斯特丹內， 所有阿姆斯特丹的交通劵都用唔到，要另外買火車票， 而且車程要半小時，所以要去阿姆斯特丹市區玩的朋友要注意。 但適合去渡個假，感受下陽光同海灘。仲有，個價錢係唔包稅？ 我地check out 個陣，個屋主向我地收左10歐稅。”

“A bijou property that was originally a bridge house with views across the canal. There is heat which was needed as cold this week. Unfortunately there is traffic noise. There is no sink in bathroom but we squeezed the shower gel to cover our hands and then washed our hands in the bedroom sink. There are cupboards for clothes and cups, plates, cutlery and hairdryer. If you like different you will enjoy this experience.”

“The room is situated in a very nice house on one of the amsterdam bridges. From architectural point of view is fantastic. However if you have a large suitcase forget to bring it to the room as you have a narrow spiral staircase to reach it. Concerning noise, you will have the live with the tram crossing the bridge ... that is quite loud and you will have light very early as the blinds are not blocking the sun. For us all those points were some how acceptable as the place is lovely.……
