“The hotel is very nice, the rooms are large, clean and comfortable, and the price is not expensive.”

“The hotel has a musky smell, the bed was hard and the sheets were think and hot. Whole reason I got this room was for the bar Whick was close.”

“The hallways and breakfast area had no AC. They ran out of most juice when there was 30min left for breakfast. We had to move rooms because the first room we were in was moist and there was what looked like mold on the ceiling above the shower. Also the sheets felt old, they had pilling.”

“I did not like the fact that the hotel did not have parking for our car. The sent us several blocks away from hotel for parking which we were charged additional $16.58. I could not find the parking. I had to call hotel from street for instructions how to find the parking. The breakfast was not as good as other Hamilton branches. The river view from balcony which I was charged extra for it was not what we had expected. Room and bathroom were barely clean. Will never use that Hamilton in that……

“Staff was Friendly!!!! the room was not very clean, the guys in valet parking were very very nice !!!!! made you feel welcome. the breakfast was very bad ,I had get pancakes and they were so dry & and the bacon was half cooked ,But the staff were very nice”
