"Property was clean and quiet. Beds were comfy. Some of the pans were not clean, but was able to clean prior to use. No can opener or lighter for the campfire, but we were able to make it all work. Could use some games or puzzles for rainy days. Overall a pleasant stay."

Where do I start. electronic door locks wouldnt work, sign told us we couldnt use washer/dryer, had tape over front porch lite switch so couldnt se to try and unlock door, useless kitchen utensils, no micro, only tv was in the bedroom and it didnt have stations, just chromecast(which we didnt have).......ect. But it was clean"

"We are long-time summer residents who needed alternative housing. We are so glad that we were able to rent this home. You walk in the door, and just wow. The view is 180 degrees of mountains, lake, and clouds. You can just enjoy the view all day. Everything was well stocked and comfortable. Beds were great. The dining room-kitchen area made for easy cooking and dining. Wonderful deck for watching sunsets. This is a perfect place for family time, and everyone had plenty of privacy. It's a retreat...

"Arrived around 5 on Saturday. Great location. Once I figured out how to open key holder, we moved in. We enjoyed our cabin, found the information folders helpful. We had a nice fire and enjoyed our stay. Our suggestions for improvement. The light in the main room was very bright. A dimmer light switch would have been appreciated. Would like to have had a reading light on both sides of the bed."

"We had a great week at Birchwood Cottages!! The cottage itself was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the kayaks, SUP boards, beach toys, etc that they have available for everyone to use. We were there during a major storm, and lost power. We immediately were checked on and assured that the generator was on so we would at least have water. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. My youngest is already asking for us to book for next summer."

"Great little cottage. Clean, comfortable, cozy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Located right in Bolton Landing, everything was a 5 minute walk away and any sights or activities were less than a 30 minute drive. Great place to get away and relax. 10/10 recommend."

"A great location for the hiking and kayaking we wanted to experience in the Adirondack mountains. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was adequately supplied. The home was a little dark for reading which were were prepared for with book lights. You can hear the cars on route 87 to be aware of if the would bother you. "
