“It does the job. Nothing to rave about, as customers have noted, it is an older building that could use some upgrades, but it was clean enough and comfortable enough. There was no one on site for the two days we were there, the key was taped on the front door, but they did give us a number to text or call if we needed anything. The pool was locked for our stay and someone told me to knock on a specific door if I wanted the pool open, which I did, but no one answered. This doesn’t affect my……

“Rooms were clean, town was walking distance. Parking was ok, we were there when the season wasnt busy, last week of September. But I can see where it could be a problem during high peak season in the summer.”

“This is one of the more established Motels at the Lake. They offer traditional rooms as well as free standing cabins. The Property is very well maintained and is in excellent shape. The employees were all very accomodating.. Best of all the location can not be beat - Across the street and a block away from The Lake and the Performance Venue.”

“Overall I was satisfied with my staff. Based on the picture on the site I thought I was getting a small cottage and instead it was a motel room. Having said that the room did have a deck off the back with a brook that bubbled past. The only other gripe would be the mattress was too soft for our liking and a spring would pop every time I would get out of bed.”

“This hotel is okay, especially for the price but a few side details. The entry doors are, at least in my room standard budget hollow core interior doors, which should be a big fire violation but also allow sound in. There are chairs outside each door, which people start sitting in and chatting in very early. The biker community starts early in most of Lake George, so the thin doors allow that sound into your room at nearly full volume very early. While the rooms are very cute with pine walls……
