pros: The place is very specious and good location. Easy access to the public transportation and shops. cons: When the booking was made, I asked about luggage storage after checking out, they replied it was in the welcome pack type thing that I would receive near the check in date, however, there was no information and turned out there was no storage for that. When we opened the kitchen cupboard after checking in, about 10 flies came out, which was disgusting. There were a good few of them in the both bathrooms. There is a washing machine but no washing powder and when asked where it was, I received a rude response. The shower screen is very small and it does not cover protecting water splashing out, also the separator does no job, majority of water go out of the shower section and make the bathroom floor very wet.

The room is exactly what you need when you are travelling abroad in a big lovely city like Budapest. It’s in a great location, stunning views and is very close to any amenities you need. There is the airport shuttle bus that is 5 minute walk away, lots of food places and even a Lidl that is a few minutes away if you need to stock up on supplies. Room was clean. Had air conditioning with a huge bed. The bathroom contained a shower and toilet and was clean. Just outside the rooms there is coffee making facilities and a fridge which was lovely of them to provide. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is ideal, a short walk to Calvin Ter for excellent transport links, and a short walk to the lovely area around Vaci Street and the university. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the premium room we booked on the third floor was lovely, spacious, and clean. Our room was tidied every day, and the water station and free coffee are a nice bonus.

Vraiment un bel hôtel très bien situé. Personnel sympathique et poli. Si je retourne dans cette ville, j’y retournerai assurément.

The hotel is located on Margaret Island offering an escape from the city. The property was well maintained. During our stay, I noticed a tile dislodged in one of the Thermal pools. I highlighted this to staff. During the evening, the pool was emptied, the whole area around the dislodged tile was re-tiled, cleaned and refilled by 9am the next morning. Excellent service. The food in the hotel was of good quality and reasonably priced. Spa and outdoor pool were great, however later in the day can get busy. If you go at opening, it’s possible to have the spa area to yourself. Only a few negatives, bottled water isn’t replenished each day, it’s just complimentary on arrival. Tea bags not replenished everyday, however, I’m sure if you ask, they will do this with pleasure. Overall nice stay.
