The overall stay was excellent. I particularly liked the hotel's concern about the environment. They have a simple and effective incentive program to save water and unnecessary work by the cleaning staff.

The views from the hotel are truly breathtaking… I have never been in a place that was so quiet and peaceful and restful. The restaurant on premises is really good as well.

Clean room ,Staff,Breakfast Room was very clean, staff were very very helpful in every way Breakfast was nice tea , coffee was very good and serving staff were very good and pleasant

The hotel is in a beautiful renovated building on a quiet street with a lovely church across from it. But, the neighborhood is surrounding it is not central enough to be interesting. We had to travel quite a distance to the more interesting parts of Pest, the better restaurants, shopping and historic sites. The staff of the hotel were okay but not exceptional. I was there 3 nights and had no hint of a room cleaning until I asked at the desk. They said I should just put the “clean room” tag on the door, but there was no tag in my room. They didn’t seem to believe me, but gave me a tag to use. I put it on my door and went out mid-morning. When I retuned late in the afternoon, no one had been in the room to tidy it. The food offered in the restaurant was good and the breakfast buffet was ample in selections and quality. They are overly aggressive about payment if you have not bought the additional breakfast deal… I had a staff person chasing me to sign off on this before I had even sat down to have my meal. The room was comfortable, with an excessively large bath with separate tub and large shower. Mine looked over an apartment complex next door, but friends traveling with me had much nicer views looking out to the small square in front of the hotel.

The room was very clean and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. We especially appreciated that the shampoo and body wash were from L’Occitane! The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is also in a very convenient central location, making it easy to explore Budapest. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean but somwhat dated the suite we had was good size but did not have a regular shower. The entrance to hotel was not easy to locate and was key card controlled. Difficult to get in. We also had a power outage the night and morning of our departure.

The room is exactly what you need when you are travelling abroad in a big lovely city like Budapest. It’s in a great location, stunning views and is very close to any amenities you need. There is the airport shuttle bus that is 5 minute walk away, lots of food places and even a Lidl that is a few minutes away if you need to stock up on supplies. Room was clean. Had air conditioning with a huge bed. The bathroom contained a shower and toilet and was clean. Just outside the rooms there is coffee making facilities and a fridge which was lovely of them to provide. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
