Very nice hotel in the centre of Budapest and within easy distance of various attractions. Overall the condition of the hotel was great however there were a couple of minor issues within my room, hence the slightly lower rating in this area, namely a loose light switch upon entering the room and the shower head has a slight crack/hole in the casing. Staff were very attentive and made checking in and out a breeze.

The room was actually clean, when i mean clean, i mean Pristine with care. This is the only Hotel where i really felt they cleaned it well. The people were very polite and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay, and look forward to staying next time too!

The front desk staff were extremely kind, helpful, and professional. We were given a room upgrade and free glass of wine upon arrival. Extremely satisfied with the quality of this hotel and it's staff.

Beautiful modern hotel in a historic city with fantastic views across the river to Pest and up to Buda. Helpful, knowledgeable staff are always smiling and courteous to make your stay all the more pleasurable to see a happy team at play. I would also like to thank all the behind-the-scenes staff who kept the hotel and facilities looking amazing and functioning like a well-oiled machine. I would highly recommend this hotel, restaurants and facilities for an excellent luxurious base to explore this scenic city and relax after a day of exploring. Beautifully renovated hotel however there are issues with how well it’s run. Our room was not cleaned one day, no water in the room, no fridge and no hair dryer.
