"Host never responded to requests prior to arrival. Upon arrival the host claimed he did not expect us and that he does not rent with VRBO, though I showed him our contract and reservation. After a few hours and phone calls to verify, he said we could stay. Two weeks into the stay the A/C unit went out. Several attempts were made to contact host and we decided we had to leave and went to a motel. The host finally responded with a call and seemed irritated and belligerent to us. It was two days...
