"This was my first time staying here. I came for the paranormal angle and proximity to Skinwalker Ranch, but I'll come back again for the cozy, comfortable feel and relaxing, rural area.Everything works well - I ran laundry, used the oven and fire pit, and enjoyed the AC on hot days. The owners were very responsive. In the evenings, I enjoyed sitting in the homey living room and reading a book or watching a show. There is no cell reception (for AT&T, at least), but that's fine - you're paying to disconnect just enough to feel like you're disconnecting slightly from the outside world, while still being very comfortable. That said, the wi-fi is fine - I watched streaming movies and did normal internet stuff when I wanted to.If you know the history of the area, the nighttime is just enough to be spooky, but don't worry. In fact, once I made some banana bread in the kitchen and filled the place with good smells and good music, it felt like as much a safe, warm, friendly refuge as anywhere I've been. Seriously, fill the place with good vibes and you're gonna love this one. I'm home now but I miss it already."

"This was a great stay for our family of 5 with 3 teens! It’s hard to find family friendly that we have room to stretch out. The animals added to the view and daily entertainment and the treasure hunt kept even the adults entertained! The cabin was cute and well kept… a bit off the beaten path (we like that) but a quick run to town. Highly recommend if you are needing to make a stay in the Roosevelt area!"

"Super fun place to stay! The kids loved it. Hot tub was clean and it was nice that it had a shower and toilet in the building with it. Cabin was homey and clean. There was plenty of room for our large family. The property and view is amazing. We would definitely come back."
