"No se puede considerar un hotel de 3 estrellas. Ni siquiera hotel. Hay hosteles y albergues en mejor calidad y estado con menor rango de hoteleria. La cama de matrimonio, son 2 colchones pegados, uno con muelles que molestan. La ducha sin presion de agua caliente. Dentro de un rollo de papel, encontramos un vaper, de algun otro usuario o servicio de limpieza. Avisamos de estas situaciones y lo unico que dijeron fue "gracias y lo siento". Lamentable."
