Had high hopes being an IHG member. My stay hasn’t even been recognized. Sadly this hotel was below standards. Next to no parking so end up walking up the street and paying Signs saying they can provide amenities. Asked for a face cloth. Nope. Signs saying you can receive a different pillow. Tried….nope. They don’t have any other pillows. Be prepared for weekend noise as people screaming leaving the bars around hotel. Sadly Next time we will stay elsewhere.

We didn’t get to stay long but the staff and everything was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and really made our first night in Scotland something to remember, even with our late arrival. Highly recommend!
