"The room was clean, but several niggling items did not work well—clearly a maintenance issue. "Overall experience was nice that the surroundings and leisure club are pretty good. The thing we didn't expect is that there are some stairs going down to the room that we need to carry the luggage ourselves, which is not notified when booking.
