They were consistently friendly, attentive, caring, helpful and efficient. They related brilliantly to us, paying close attention to detail and supporting us with our disabled son at every opportunity. Nothing was too much for them and they were proactive throughout to make our our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They also created a lovely friendly atmosphere with each other, clearly having very strong and positive working relationships, which made the atmosphere even more lovely for us. We would highly recommend the hotel and staff to anyone considering staying there. Thank you for a lovely time. We can’t understand why you are not a 5* hotel because you deserve to be."
