Good hotel for city break in Belfast. Location good short walk away from bus station. Belfast quite small city could walk most places if able but hotel convenient located to get to a lot of the bars and shops. Hotel it self was good decent reception area and room was a good size for the price.

Very unique and quirky hotel. Staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Very quiet and convenient location. Excellent breakfast! Our room was on the fourth floor, and thanks to the glorious weather, a bit hot when we returned in the evenings. A fan would have been great. Other than that, no complaints!

"Hotel very run down, corridors and carpets worn. Room was clean enough in terms of bedding and bathroom, however there was an overwhelming malodour in the bedroom, like feet or drains, really bad. The outside sitting area there was green moss on the ground and heavy cobwebs so we did not use this. ..."
