Super well equipped, comfortable, clean, and with marvelous decoration. The area where the house is located is absolutely stunning. And of course, we must mention Cathy again, she is incredibly nice, kind, intelligent, talkative, and made our one-night stay feel like being with family. “The guesthouse is nice enough but the staff were standoffish to begin with. There was an unexpected extra charge for my dog to stay. They had their large dogs roaming freely, which was intimidating to nervous dogs on leads. The shower in our room was old and complicated to use. I forgot an expensive orthopaedic pillow at the guesthouse and requested it to be sent to me. The owner assured me he had it, charged me €35 and sent an old battered cushion with no cover at a cost of €9. Overall the stay……

“Room was clean but bathroom not in good working order. Sink didn’t drain well, toilet didn’t flush well and the shower head wouldn’t stay up. For the price, a breakfast would have been good. ”

“Very plain but spotless room. Tea and coffee available 24 hours in well appointed kitchen. 500 metres from town centre. The manager was very helpful. ”

“Room clean, hotel updated and nice, breakfast decent. Check-in was a little slow (2-3 staff, but still a 15+ minute wait to get to the front of the line), and the building is undergoing some renovations so there was noise. I slept like a rock though.”
