The suite was absolutely stunning - high ceilings, large rooms, an incredibly well appointed kitchen area and a super comfortable bed. "Sent my luggage to Galway. Not an issue but had to phone the hotel 3 times to find out what was happening. On all occasions was told someone would ring me back or send me the details. They didn’t. Not 5 star hotel service unfortunately Hotel was fine. Clean and central, no issues"
