The property is in a great location ~ walking distance to yummy restaurants & noteworthy sites! Accommodations were comfy, clean & well-appointed; our room was spacious & laid out nicely for travellers. Breakfast was perfect with lots of healthful options! Our host was wonderful with interesting stories, helpful suggestions & a high degree of professionalism! Our stay at the Balmoral made our first visit to St. John’s a highly memorable experience! Easy 15 minute drive from St. John's airport by taxi or Uber. Great location for walkable convenience to downtown restaurants, pubs, The Rooms. Continental breakfast is just what you need to start the day, but the best part is the warm hospitality shown by the hosts. They take great pride in keeping the place immaculately clean, being responsive to inquiries and doing their best to make sure your St. John's visit is simply delightful.
