Hallway carpet needs replaced or cleaned. Humidity problem in hallway. not enough ice machines or vending. Breakfast was good but need to add bacon to go with pancakes.

Not as I expect for Hyatt.

Posted Jul 30, 2015
Pros: Jamal, the front desk clerk.
Cons: Better customer service skill from the employees and room service should be implemented.
Location: There were a few restaurants nearby. Other than that, nothing interesting.
This hotel is not as I expected for a Hyatt hotel. The staff was not really that friendly. The look on their faces is as though they didn't want to be there. Even if that is the case, the management should train their staff on how to be pleasant and courteous to all guests at the Hyatt. I was shock to find out that housekeeping does not clean the bathroom everyday. Basically, they make the beds and collect dirty towels. The carpet is dirty and so are the surface walls around the room. the sofa is old. Some of the TV channels were scrambled. Better yet, don't let them check you into room 208. There were a few nice things I liked about the Hyatt. Jamal, the front desk clerk was very pleasant and accommodating. If you need anything, ask for Jamal. The night shift staff is not accommodating at all. The breakfast was ok. Hope this help.

Nice hotel with great staff.

Pros: The staff and thew comfortable room.
Cons: We were not able to use the pool because of its limited hours. It looked very nice, though.
Location: There is a movie theater that is within walking distance. Hotel shuttle goes to light rail which takes you to the inner harbor!
Excellent experience for a convention in town. Breakfasts were filling and tasty. The staff was very accommodating and willing to assist with any need. Hotel provided drop off at the light rail so that we did not have to pay the steep parking prices in downtown Baltimore which was a huge benefit.

nice hotel, great location , excellent staff!!

Pros: Location , rooms , staff
Cons: Renovation at this particular hotel
Location: Shopping and restaurants are very closely situated, it is also a short 7,5 ml drive to downtown Baltimore ( assuming the traffic is not bad).
Excellent staff; Sophia, Terry, Darrell, Jeannie- ALL OF THEM (and my apologies I do not remember everyone s name )- friendly, helpful, professional. We LOVE Hyatt and we stayed at the Hyatt several times. Close to the airport, 24 hours shuttle. The breakfast is of a very good quality - fruits, diary, Starbucks Coffee, Tazo tea, etc etc. they also have a swimming pool and a well equipped and clean gym. This particular hotel just needs a little renovation ( which I understood they are about to start)- but other than that- we had a wonderful experience and as usual the Hyatt did not disappointed .

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Posted Jul 13, 2015
Cons: The room was smaller than we had expected for 6 people.
Location: So much to do in Baltimore. We wish we could've stayed longer!
The staff helped us get to Camden yards via their shuttle and the Light Rail. The next day they helped us get to the Inner Harbor. They were very patient with our questions

Room to Relax

Posted Jul 6, 2015
Pros: The friendly staff!
Location: This hotel is located next to a movie theater and many restaurants (Ruby Tuesdays, Bob Evans, Cracker Barrel, and Wendy's).
Was pleasantly surprised at the size of our hotel room and the area that we had to relax -- a separate living area with "L" shaped couch and an ottoman, refridgerator, coffee maker, desk, and plenty of room to move around. The closet included a mini-safe. Our room was very quiet. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They will even warm cookies (that are available for purchase in the lobby) for you! The breakfast available each morning was amazing. There is coffee available with breakfast and then a Starbucks beverage can be purchased at other times of the day. Small bar with drinks in the lobby area. While they did not have a laundry facility on site, they have partnered with the hotel across the street (which has a separate laundry room with access from the outside).

Good Bargain

Posted Jun 9, 2015
Pros: When there was a problem or oversight, the staff responded very quickly and were polite.
Cons: reverse the room set up.
Location: came for a specific event which was not too far away.
The hotel is a very good deal because it includes breakfast and was in a good location for our weekend activity. The only down side was our sitting area was in the back and sleeping area was up front on the hall. We could hear our neighbors who were partying late and all the noise from the hall.

Great Hotel

Posted Jun 3, 2015
Pros: Location, Price, Amenities
Location: Not to far from downtown Baltimore.
Clean room, friendly staff. Very close to the airport and a gas station if you need to fill up before returning a rental car. Great big TV, sofa to lounge on. Breakfast was ready right at 6:00AM which was great as we had an early flight. Would stay here again. Oh and the price was right!
