"Overall, I very much enjoyed my stay here, and I was very impressed by the quality of this hostel. I'm glad that I found this place and I would certainly stay again if I ever had to. The bed was extremely comfortable, the curtains provided plenty of privacy, and the entire property is very clean and well-kempt. "I am genuinely disappointed with my experience at this hostel. I booked and paid for a family room three days in advance, but when my family and I arrived, we were informed that there was no room available. We waited for 3 hours, and the staff did not provide any assistance; they simply stated that there was no room and walked away from the reception. This was incredibly frustrating, and we ultimately had to find another hotel over 40 minutes away, which completely disrupted our travel plans....
