The Shangri-La Hotel in Chiang Mai is exceptional. This could be the safest hotel in Thailand. Security screen for every vehicle that enters property. Every person that enters the hotel has temperature screening and all bags are ex rayed. A wonderful hotel, will stay again

Room faciltiies are pretty old. If the room can be refurnished properly, it will be worth the price.

IT HAS A SAUNA therefore it is amazing. Breakfast is super expensive but otherwise it's great!

I was impressed with the cleaning staff that they try to accommodate customers' needs from what they see before cleaning, ex. the way I wanted bed sheets and pillows to be, I need extra bottles of water but do not drink sodas, I do my landry so they brought ...
