"Excellent in all respects- I have experience of different premium quality hotels in Dhaka and Platinum Grand was far superior. Staff were courteous and helpful in every respect - quality of hotel decor and fittings was very good. Excellent comfortable room, and food was well produced from varied menu. Rooftop pool was very pleasant and clean. Excellent value for money. "

"The best part of my stay was without doubt the wonderful staff who could not do enough to help. One member of staff even accompanied me on my rickshaw ride to make sure I arrived at my restaurant meeting location. Breakfast was also very good. While the entire hotel and room were clean, the only comment I would make is that the room would appear to be due for re-decoration (it was spacious with a lovely little balcony). I enjoyed my stay."
