The staff make this place a great hotel. I would not agree that the property is 5* anymore, but I think that the staff at the front desk are absolutely amazing. Helpful, kind and supportive. The staff make a decent hotel into a 5* experience

Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. Heavy traffic jam, people cross the road in everywhere, bad bus services, no traffic lights, pedestrian crossings, week traffic management. forcing to use agents' taxis by people at Dhaka Airport.
