“The cleaning staff stole my money from the room and hotel management did not do anything about it. The room was noisy and full of cigarette smell even the room was non smoking. Bathroom was dated and shower did not work either. Rubbish hotel with rubbish staff. Will avoid this like plague in future. ”

“I book and pay for the AC room but they give me non AC room! In this room, no basin and is a trouble to brush teeth or wash face. And the toilet, the bed all dirty! The staff is good and they wait me until midnight when i check in. But the boss ask me to cancel this room and pay cash to him? He think that i am stupid that Expedia charge me on my credit card already!”

“The service at this hotel was very poor. During check-in, we were at the lobby waiting for almost an hour - in the middle on the night. I had booked two different rooms, but only one was showing up on their system. The man at the front desk was saying it was our fault for booking on Expedia. We had gotten to our rooms around 3am. He then put us on a smoking floor when we did not book that. We told him that was an issue as non-smokers. All he did was change the blankets. And to add to that, one……
