Lovely old Inn, nice welcome and helpful intro and shown to our room.We enjoy these quirky hotel stays as all the staff happy and friendly, and the food is excellent.
Lovely Hotel, very pet friendly, room was good size and very clean. Breakfast was amazing, well cooked n ingredients used excellent. Hospitality very good too.
Delightful accommodation in a beautiful village pub.
As a family of three, we stayed in the Superior Suite, Room 4.
Our window view was a charming old church.
Room/linen was spotless, towels were hotel quality, powerful shower, comfy beds, amazing cooked breakfast and kind hosts.
No pub noise and we stayed on a Fri and Sat night. It's very quiet. Safe car parking right outside too. Dog friendly.
Great location if visiting Cotswolds/Diddly Squat and The Farmer's Dog.
Wish we could have stayed longer!
I stayed in room 2 which was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Shame there was no evening meal available on Tuesday night, but otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel.
Very good breakfast selection, all nicely cooked and served. Good bar service especially during England v Norway match!!
Room clean, good tea/coffee selection and nice bathroom toiletries. Room (2) would benefit from some coat hooks and a towel rail in the bathroom.
Overall a lovely stay at a lovely old Inn in a beautiful Oxfordshire village.

Nice pub in great location, unfortunately it was at the height of a heat wave and there was no fan or water in the room and it was like a sauna.

Not what was advertised premium room was very understated, no chairs to view TV we had to lay on the bed. The window had a dresser in front obscuring the view. The inn was closed when we arrived 2pm left waiting for 20 minutes as no one was answering the phone, the entrance was very poorly maintained the bench at the door was obviously used for smo
