After reconfirming several times our booking, they realized their error but it took them a while to tell us they would give us other rooms which seemed difficult for them to offer us from the beginning. “En sus tiempos debió ser muy bueno, pero ya se ve deteriorado, cañerias en mal estado. Y el club de playa estaría perfecta se limpiaran el area de la arena con sargazo. en otras partes esta limpia y justo donde esta el hotel esta sucio y huele mal.”

“Las recepcionistas muy atentas todo perfecto. El problema es el servicio de alimentos, no responden, hay que ir al restaurante a pedir pues no les llegan los mensajes de whatsapp. Uno desea descansar y pues tuve que estar bajando escaleras para pedir de comer.”
