The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to rest before an early flight. Breakfast was good with a nice variety, and the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. The only issue I experienced was with the airport shuttle. The hotel advertises a free scheduled shuttle to Suvarnabhumi Airport, but when I requested it, I was told the service was not available because my departure time was too early. As a result, the hotel charged us a fee for airport drop-off. This was disappointing, as the free shuttle was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Aside from the shuttle confusion, everything else was great. I had to be moved 3 different times due to showers not working at all…. I than went to Chiang Mai for 6 of those days, so I wasn’t there . I only had breakfast 3 days of the 12\.
