“There are not enough word to describe my horrendous experience with this establishment. Firstly, upon check my reservation was incorrect and missing. Secondly, some of the staff is great but the manager Omar is a cheat and unethical. I, unfortunately needed to extend my stay due to health issues and had intentions of booking online but was manipulated by him to book with him which he significantly increased the price which was utterly unacceptable and different from online booking. “Lovely large hotel with beautiful grounds, surrounded by coconut trees, the beach cabanas, pool area are nice. Room is period colonial, it could with upgrading the rooms, the tv was small and not digital so unable to watch any apps of my own and there was only one English language movie channel that wasn’t very clear.
