No refunds for weather or appearance of insects/mountain wildlife. 4-Wheel Drive or Snow Chains may be required to reach the property in the winter.

Fines: $50-Cost to remove trash not put in bag in garbage bin $150-Trash left outside (enforced by Town) $250-Drain/refill excessively dirty hot tub
