The room was cold and the blanket given where too thin. Also the restaurant food was definitely microwave food because the lasagna was cold in the middle! I have to was not impressed after spending so much in the restaurant. The only good thing was a particular lovely member of staff who was really helpful with me when I needed assistance.

Room well insulated from noise . Breakfast was the best of any hotel I have stayed. Such helpful and attentive servers. Front desk efficient and polite.Above and beyond in all aspects.

I liked the hotel, BUT the rooms have Nao A/C functioning (they have the AC units producing Error- E4, so it does not turn on) and it was not advised during booking and communications.

Wonderful location, very comfortable room, great staff and well appointed

The Palace Hotel, Cervia is an excellent hotel of its kind in Cervia with excellent premises. and mainly excellent and pleasant frontline staff, except perhaps one. The hotel manager was very kind enough to bring up himself to the room my wife's lost bag which was eventually found but the concierge was not very helpful when she first reported about it. The front desk staff were also very proactive in quickly finding us an alternative, better sea-view room. The hotel is also a pet-friendly hotel and there were a few dogs we saw staying in the hotel with their owners. This means some rooms may have a flea problem as we encountered flea (bed bug?) bites in our otherwise perfect room! Nice and very courteous breakfast lounge staff.
