"I took a solo trip here and while it was great, there was room for improvement. I'll start with the pro's: I told them I was celebrating my birthday and they decorated my room for my arrival and it was amazing! My room was spacious and the aesthetic of the hotel was great! I had a swim out suite. The hotel staff were awesome! As a solo traveler, I needed some help making content and taking photos and they were amazing at making sure to catch all my angles! There was also amazing live music...

"Lovely quiet and calming environment. The bed was super comfortable. The pool is unique and lovely. We had a complementary 15 minute head and neck massage.
Some of the furniture is a little tired. Our dining experience could have been improved with full availability on the menu. The food was good though. Overall a lovely experience. "

"Nice property with great snorkeling off the beach. Loved the pool! The pool had plenty of room, lots of available chairs and we were able to have cabana chairs daily at no extra charge. Very nice variety of drinks!
Room was nice with geat ocean view and cleaned every day.
Most of the staff where great however a few bad apples that made you feel like a inconvenience to them. "

"Beautiful property, beautiful spot on the beach. The food was good and there was always food available somewhere if we slept in and missed breakfast or missed the lunch hour at the main restaurant. "The property was beautiful and well kept. The food and dining were great. There were a lot of activities and entertainment. The entertainment and bar staff were the best. The other staff at the resort were not very welcoming. You had to say good morning or hello otherwise they did not speak. The staff were not very friendly. For the few that were it made the vacation great. "
