Beautiful apartment with pool and parking - 5 minutes from the lake

Ideally located apartment in Bardolino, just 5 minutes walk from the lake. The apartment is located on the ground floor in a fenced apartment complex with a large pool and a parking space right outside the door. You have a terrace in front of the apartment and a terrace overlooking the garden, so that you can enjoy the sun all day long. The complex includes well-maintained, large green areas where you can enjoy the afternoon sun. Bathroom, kitchen and one of the bedrooms have been renovated in the last 12 months. The bathroom also has a washing machine that you are welcome to use. The apartment is fully furnished. You are in 5 minutes by the lake with a small beach and in 7 minutes in the middle of Bardolino with its charming flair.

Rundum zufrieden!
Die Wohnung in Bardolino hat sehr gut zu uns gepasst! Sie ist nicht die neueste, aber Zimmer und Ausstattung waren absolut in Ordnung. Zwei Terrassen sowie ein Garten mit Pool machen es möglich, den gesamten Tag draußen zu verbringen - das haben wir auch getan. Die Lage ist perfekt: ruhig und dennoch zentral. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man den See und das Zentrum mit unzähligen Restaurants und Geschäften. Am Strand (Wiese/Kies) ist man in ca. 10/15 Gehminuten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld und auch vor Ort hat super geklappt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :-)

Toplage der Wohnung, gute Aufteilung, 1 Schlafzimmer renoviert, das zweite Schlafzimmer würde eine Renovierung vertragen. Leider keine Klimaanlage, es war auch nicht aus dem Inserat ersichtlich, dass der Pool zwischen 12 Uhr 30 und 15 Uhr 30 nicht benutzt werden darf. Für Kinder nicht gerade verständlich. Kommunikation mit Agentur gut, Probleme wurden sofort geklärt! Insgesamt schöner Urlaub!

Schöne und zentral gelegene Wohnung
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Kommunikation lief sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger Minuspunkt: Leider hört man die Straße sehr gut.

Toller Ausgangspunkt mit Erholungsfaktor
Die Fewo hatte eine tolle Lage, um zu Fuss Bardolino zu erkunden bzw. Autotouren, um den ganzen See zu starten. Danach konnte man sich super auf der Terrasse und/oder in dem extra großen Pool entspannen. Nur das nächtliche Lüften war durch die Holzschlagläden etwas schwierig. Diese haben aber auf der anderen Seite sehr gut zu dem Ambiente gepasst. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und vor Ort war sehr angenehm! Gerne wieder :-)

Sehr zentrale Lage
Hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Lage. Man ist in 5min in der Altstadt von Bardolino. In der Ferienwohnung gibt alles wesentliche. Pool wurde sehr gerne genutzt. Bei Fragen oder Problemen gab es vor Ort einen Kontakt, welcher auch etwas deutsch sprach. Kommen gerne wieder hierher.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage hervorragend. Sowohl die Vermieterin als auch die Ansprechpartnerin Vorort werden sehr freundlich. Sämtliche Kommunikation funktionierte reibungslos! Wir kommen wieder 👍👍👍
